Abstract
The offense is a form of social behavior that disrupts the normal functioning of the social organism . However, these violations can be both immoral deeds. Among the causes of juvenile delinquency and the conditions need to be called socially adverse phenomena and processes . Circle of juvenile offenders is replenished by teenagers who have left school, repetition , lagging . These circumstances lead to the same consequences as the neglect in the family : weakened and broken social ties , easier contact with the source of negative influences. The importance of the study of juvenile delinquency is due to the fact that it is a reserve for all of crime .
