Abstract
The article purpose is to analysis of the issues of future community workers training for work with senior citizens. The author allocates the importance of motivational and communicative components in training structure, presents results of research which confirm need of future community workers’ involvement to volunteer activity and completing a special course influencing formation of the specified readiness components.
