Abstract
In the article, the task is stated and method is developed for identification of microobjects image on the basis of models for target neurons dynamics assessment and molecule diffusion simulation as a process of neural network axons culture. The functions of wavelet transform of the 5th and 6th order are implemented to compare efficiency of algorithms with identification algorithms based on neural network.
