Abstract
In this article, basic build-up principles of multiservice networks are considered, and performance of key traffic types is investigated. An optimization solution for multiservice networks operation in ISDN is suggested. The solution involves the application of traffic distribution laws when modeling and designing a network to measure the optimum network performance.
