Abstract
This article deals with the pressing issues in Russian public healthcare sphere. To solve one of central issues ? early cancer diagnostics ? the factors defining malignant tumor risk groups are analyzed. The design of information system module for screening is identified and validated. The mechanism of interaction between the module and INHIS (integrated national healthcare information system), as well as its processing algorithm are presented. The information system module for screening is universally oriented in line with health programs both Russian and foreign, with a focus on improving the quality of health services and cancer survival rates. Previously there have been no early cancer diagnostics software developed, hence the present study appears to be unique.
