Abstract
Closure of the wound is an important stage of liver resection. Objective: To evaluate the effect of the method of liver wound closure on parameters of biochemical blood analysis. Materials and Methods: blood parameters of 75 animals from 3 experimental groups. The absence of general toxic effects while using PTFE-4 for peritonization of liver wound has been proved.
