Abstract
Hyperprolactinemia (HP) exert an inhibitory effect on reproductive function. Despite the achieved success of pharmacotherapy in this pathology treatment, an issue of the most optimum treatment in some cases is urgent. The purpose of this research work is development of effective approaches to diagnostics and treatment of HP taking into account research results. We have estimated the prolactin hormone (PH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) at women of 20-40 years with the high level of PH before treatment by the following preparations: Dostinex and Bromocriptine. As a result, it was revealed that increase of PH often is followed by microadenoma, polycystic ovarian disease, menostasia, optic atrophy. So the integrated approach to the treatment was necessary. Also we have seen that the Dostinex has less side effects, than Bromocriptine.
