Abstract
In the article, the historical framework of the principles of moral and legal education in the nomadic states is considered. A special attention is given to legal continuity observed in the decrees issued by leaders of different historical periods and forms of government. The central idea of the research is that of unity of precepts of law, moral and ethical standards persisting in the course of social relations development and upbringing of younger generation.
