Abstract
The article studies the peculiarities of body adaptation to physical load. Based on the heart rate variability indices, the authors conducted the analysis of the functional status of cardiovascular system and autonomic nervous system performance in patients with different characteristics of diurnal activity and individual biorhythms during recovery and health-promoting activities.
