Abstract
In the article the thought of authorship is given on how to perform modeling of and resolving the problem of optimization of distribution of investment capital to reach the maximal energy-saving effect. Research methods, which were used during the writing of the article, are based on dialectics and complex approach to the studying of econology problems.
