Abstract
The developed duplex system economic-mathematical models for the construction of optimization function for determination the minimum mediated cost of 1 m2 accommodation. Models are analysed by adequacy and predicted values of effective indexes were found for the Poltava region. Experimental approbation for the developed system of models is carried out in an application of Statistica Statsoft package.
