Abstract
The article examines the characteristics and trends of development of the market of dairy products in Russia for 2012-2015 focuses on indicators such as the production of dairy products, in particular milk beverages, the structure of production according to groups and types of products. Reflected the regional peculiarities of the market: production structure of fermented milk drinks by Federal districts, a comparative analysis of prices.
