Abstract

Early termination of powers of judges for committing disciplinary misconduct ? the particular issue. Complicated procedure of proof of the misconduct, disqualification and subsequent public outcry do the above question one of the most complex in the legal world. The author based on the analysis of court practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation explains the basic provisions of early termination of powers of judges for committing disciplinary misconduct.
