THE JUSTIFICATION OF THE SALARIES OF MANAGERS, SPECIALISTS AND EMPLOYEES OF AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE YAROSLAVL REGION

Remuneration of managers, specialists and employees of agricultural organizations is carried out according to the official salaries, which are set in accordance with the position and qualifications. The most appropriate approach, in our opinion, is one where the salaries for this category of workers is put in dependence on results of production and commercial activities of the enterprise, for example, the volume of production in prices, revenue from the sale of agricultural and other goods, or other indicators.
