Abstract
This article describes the remuneration system for the technicians of the track, which are subdivisions of the Gorky infrastructure direction ? structural subdivision of Central Directorate of infrastructure ? branch of JSC "Russian Railways". The issue of remuneration is one of the main in the modern economy. A positive result of solving this problem is to increase the efficiency of production, the welfare of people, as well as a favorable socio-psychological climate in society.
