The protection of life and health of citizens from all kinds of external and internal threats ? the duty of a strong and sovereign state. One of the main threats that lead to death or personal injury of a citizen, in Russia ? road traffic accidents. Therefore, it is especially important to understand and maintain the country's course towards the effective provision of public administration of road safety in Russia.
