STATE REGULATION OF LAND AND PROPERTY RELATIONS IN REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN

In modern Russia the status of land and property relations is at an early stage of development, due to the fact that in the USSR there was no private property as such, but were merely the property of the state. State regulation of land and property relations in the regions of the state also is in the developing position and has in its competence, a number of land and property issues referred to the powers of the Republic.
