Abstract
This article deals with the problem of development of small and medium business in the regional construction sector. Examines the factors causing difficulties to the entrepreneurs, shows statistics of activity of small and medium enterprises. On the basis of the conducted research revealed and substantiated the necessity of solving existing problems. The solution to this problem will have a positive impact on all economic activities of the regions.
