Abstract: the article substantiates the necessity and key management technology to ensure zero defects in the manufacturing of automotive components for Assembly facilities. Special attention is paid to the organization's key business processes and decision-making process based on statistical indicators. Theoretical, methodological and practical significance consists in the differentiated approach in the use of modern methods and techniques of quality management for the production of automotive components, depending on the information received, based on facts.
