THE OBJECT OF ANTI-CORRUPTION EXPERTISE

The object is the most important element of production of any kind of expertise. This article examines the normative legal acts and their projects as the objects of anti-corruption expertise. The conclusion about the need to expose the anti-corruption expertise of law enforcement acts and decisions of officials, tender documents in procurement for state and municipal needs, as well as civil law contracts, one of the parties is a public entity. According to the author, not only in the established by the legislator of the normative legal acts and their projects can contain the threat of corruption norms. The risk of committing corruption offences laid down mainly in the law-enforcement acts, which are created on their basis. And detect corruption is possible only at the stage of application of the law.
