Abstract
The jurisdiction disputes considered by courts of General jurisdiction shall be determined by the subjective participants of these relations. Charged to the debtor and guarantors the request for recovery of a joint debt under the supply agreement in circumstances when one of the guarantors is an individual not engaged in entrepreneurial activities shall be subject to review in the court of General jurisdiction according to the rules of civil procedural law.
