Abstract
This article discussed the topic of State regulation of labour migration.Labour migration increasingly affect the economy of the countries(regions),labor market,political situation.Because of this, it requires the state differentiated public policies to minimize the negative impulses that are associated with uncontrolled or illegal migration.
