Abstract
The article is devoted to the improvement of staff motivation in the workplace. Based on the study of theoretical approaches to the problem of motivation and motivation theories, the author shows that the system of personnel motivation needs to change, constantly evolve, to consider the needs of owners of enterprises and employees, as well as the strategic development of the enterprise.
