Abstract
This article is devoted to the reengineering of the company as one of the most effective measures out of the crisis situation. The basic steps of reengineering. Special attention is paid to the formation of a team for its implementation. Identified and analyzed two basic approaches to its creation. One is in the presence of the required number of professionals and other consulting organizations. The second approach can be extremely disadvantageous. Noted that to achieve the goals in the team of reengineering it is necessary to involve not only employees of companies involved in the studied process. Also need party people, possible customers who are particularly interested in the outcome of the company's activities, but it does not have any relationship to the processes within the organization.
