Abstract

The present review focuses on the neuronal networks of the brake of the spinal cord and, in particular, presynaptic, recurrent, areciprocal and reciprocal inhibition. Presents an original methodological techniques for the study of various types of inhibition in the spinal cord of man. It is shown that the inhibition of spinal processes find their reflection in functional motor activities of man. The brake control of the neuronal networks of the spinal cord may be different depending on the type of motor tasks, age changes in people with motor impairments. Described age-related stages of development and formation of different types of spinal inhibition in humans. Analyzed the age characteristics of the flow of inhibitory processes in the exercise of arbitrary motor activity.
