IMPLEMENTATION OF ACTIVITIES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS NOT CONNECTED WITH DERIVING PROFIT WITHOUT A SPECIAL PERMIT-LICENSE

This article discusses one of the norms of the code of administrative offences of the Russian Federation, which speaks of the implementation of activities not connected with deriving profit without a license. This rule we have considered in relation to educational activities. The result was the examples from judicial practice where it became clear that the implementation of educational activity not connected with deriving profit without a special permit entails appropriate measures of administrative punishment.
