Abstract
This article is devoted to the art of using nonverbal communication, i.e. the ability to correctly assess the behavior of the interlocutors, their facial expressions, gestures, movement, posture, direction of gaze, etc. This ability to "read" nonverbal information allows partners to better understand each other.
