Abstract
Studied age-related peculiarities of the dynamics of the presynaptic recovery, areciprocal, reciprocal inhibition after an arbitrary isometric efforts in 25% of the maximum voluntary contractions. Discovered the uneven recovery of the various types of spinal inhibition in terms of the aftereffects of muscle tension of the calf muscles during ontogenesis. It is shown that the definitive recovery of the presynaptic and reciprocal inhibition after voluntary contractions of the muscles is established in adolescence.
