Abstract

In the article the peculiarities of carrying out of competitive selection for state service in the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Kazakhstan, revealed common and specific features in the implementation of this procedure in both countries, and outlined recommendations for the use of state-office relations of the Russian Federation foreign experience.
