Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of the question of implementation of cluster approach in construction. Analyzed the concept of the cluster, reveals the definition of the cluster approach. Investigated the situation of the construction industry at the present time and the necessity to use clustering construction enterprises as a mechanism of effective cooperation of enterprises.
