IMPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CORRECTIVE WORK IN RESPECT OF FOREIGN CITIZENS

This article examines the legal problems of improvement of execution of criminal punishment in the form of corrective works in respect of foreign citizens are Shown the main causes, not allowing time to attract foreign citizens convicted to serving sentences in correctional work. In order to eliminate the existing conflicts in the legal regulation and improvement of an order of attraction to correctional labor, the author makes a number of proposals to optimise the practice of execution of the penalty of correctional labor.
