ANALYSIS OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE IN CASES OF EARLY DISMISSAL FROM MILITARY SERVICE FOR GROSS MISCONDUCT

Early dismissal from military service for committing a serious disciplinary action is an important issue. However, the identification of misconduct and suppression of them in the future should not be ignored by the regulatory authorities however complex the procedure was the detection of evidence and dismissal. The author based on the analysis of judicial practice of Judicial Board on military cases of the Supreme court of the Russian Federation, the far East district military court and the military court of the Khabarovsk garrison explains the basic provisions of early dismissal from military service for committing a serious disciplinary offence.
