STATE PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF MINOR CHILDREN-ORPHANS

The article deals with state protection of the rights of children-orphans. The article presents the existing problems of children-orphans, are frequently violated, especially after the graduation of pupils from orphanages. It is necessary that the state authorities have reacted to this issue and to this category of children with an even greater desire to change the situation of children ? orphans and found solutions in efficiency of activity of bodies of guardianship and guardianship.
