Abstract
The essence of insurance of construction risks, analyzed the dynamics of insurance premiums, CMP the scale of the Russian Federation. The analysis of dynamics of financial-economic condition of the analyzed enterprise. Defined group of construction risks to be insured in the studied enterprise. Calculated average profit of an enterprise, insurance amount, insurance premium, insurance payment, loss and profit of the enterprise. Concluded that insurance helps to compensate the loss, causing the value of fixed assets is reduced by a small amount.
