In the article the peculiarities of bourgeois beekeeping in the counties of South-Western Siberia. Highlighted as a way of keeping and breeding of bees, the quality of the products, the profitability of beekeeping, the concerns of commoners in the industry. The author States in the article that the bourgeois beekeeping was at a low stage of development because the honey production was conducted in a primitive way.
