ECONOMIC BUBBLES: THE NATURE, TYPES, CAUSES

The article considers the essence of the "economic bubble" as an economic phenomenon associated with something clean, but at the same time not strong enough. The occurrence and types of bubbles associated with the accumulation of surplus capital and the movement of investments from the productive sector to the financial market and speculation, which ultimately can lead to financial crisis. The essence of the "bubbles" in the economy is primarily manifested in the peculiarities of their appearance, so the study of the phenomenon of bubbles in the economy conducted for the analysis of the preconditions of their occurrence, in which the reasons of the bubbles, their types based on the review of scientific trends.
