The article defines the concept of "culture" and its role in cultural linguistics. From the point of view of the discipline culture consists of cultural codes, which are in constant interaction. Cultural code keeps information about the people, their views and Outlook. A particularly important problem faced by researchers is the deciphering of cultural codes, their values and how they have influenced modern society.
