Abstract
According to the sociological research on the motivation to innovate and the development of intellectual potential of young workers in regional labor market (on example of the Penza region was formed, the motivational structure of the formation of the asset, and substantiated a set of activities that contribute to lifelong learning by means of development of system of professional and qualification potential of the individual.
