Abstract

This article discusses the development and prospects of the modern Prosecutor's office, which play an increasing role in the activities of the Russian Federation. This article describes the important role of public prosecution in the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens,interests of society and the state, strengthening of legality and the rule of law, promoting the establishment and development of democratic legal state.
