PROTECTION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS OF MINORS IN COURT

This article presents an analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation with regards to the protection of property rights of minors in court. We are talking about the fact that to date, judicial protection of minors is exercised through constitutional, civil, administrative and criminal proceedings, but most often talking about the protection of the rights arising from family relations. Despite the variety of rights and freedoms of minors, to talk about their own activities is impossible, since many of the rights of this category of citizens depend on the consent of their legal representatives.
