THE TRANSFORMATION OF SAVINGS INTO INVESTMENTS: PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF THEIR SOLUTION

This article discusses the role of the financial system in the transformation of savings into investments. The dynamics and the current state of the investment market, the forecast of economic development (2016-2018) of investments in fixed capital in Russia. It shows the relationship between investments and savings. Also identify the causes of the distrust of citizens to financial institutions and proposed concrete measures for solving these problems.
