Abstract
The article discusses the process of circular labor migration in the Altai region, describes the characteristic features of circular migration, statistical data on this type of migration. The characteristic of the negative situation on the rural labour market, which creates an imbalance in human resources in the region. Presented positive and negative trends associated with the processes of circular migration. Described the mechanisms of regulation of pendulum labour migration.
