TRAINING NEEDS OF STAFF WITH BUSINESS TRAINING IN COMPANIES OF THE CITY OF BARNAUL

This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of training of the personnel using business training in the city of Barnaul. Marked the full cycle of training that includes needs analysis of staff in this type of training. Identified five points of a training plan according to the analysis needs of companies in the business trainings. Presents the data of empirical research devoted to the study of training needs of staff with business training in companies of the city of Barnaul.
