Abstract
This article is devoted to the review of the disclosure system on the stock market (securities market). The conducted research allows to claim that the establishment of a disclosure system is necessary, as to revive the domestic investment climate and increasing attractiveness of the Russian securities market for foreign investment. no disclosure - no investment.
