PROGRAMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT AND THE SOURCES OF FINANCING IN POLAND ON THE EXAMPLE OF WARSAW

This article is made on the basis of research work of the author on the analysis of target programs of development of municipalities. To illustrate selected by the city of Warsaw, an example of which is considered an effective management system of the municipality, the participation of Warsaw in the development programmes of municipalities of the country and the region, as well as the funding sources of these programs. All this is done with the aim to show the key role of municipalities in the functioning of the state and to offer.
