Abstract

In article substantial theories of motivation are considered. Substantial theories of motivation generally establish requirements which induce people to acts. At the time of origin of bases of modern concepts of motivation limit sense it was allocated for works of three people: Frederik Gertsberg, David Makklelland and Abraham Maslou.
