Abstract
Design STO for cars categories B is the main source of satisfaction of needs of the country and the population. Now there are few reliable and qualified enterprises for service of cars. At design STO it is necessary to refer great attention to improvement of quality of service and repair, and also to a rayelization of new approaches in methodology of marketing of logistics.
