AGROINSURANCE WITH STATE SUPPORT IN RUSSIA: STATE, PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

The article deals with the current state of agricultural insurance market in the Russian Federation. The problems of agricultural insurance with state support in Russia in light of the federal law of 25.07.2011 the № 260 federal law ?On state support in the area of agricultural insurance and on amendments to the federal law ?On the development of agriculture?. Accordingly, the analysis of the designated range of problems and identified the directions of improving the legal framework of the state support for insurance of agricultural producers, which in the first place should pay attention.
