DEVELOPMENT OF STATE SUPPORT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS THROUGH THE CREDIT MECHANISM

State support of agricultural producers using the financial-credit mechanism. The solution to this problem is possible under condition of improvement of organization and management in the sphere of financial and credit relations, the legislative basis for state support of rural commodity producers. There is a need to search for new forms and methods of lending at the regional and local levels, develop tools that will enhance the efficiency of agricultural production, including through the use of financial and economic potential.
