FOREIGN INSURANCE COMPANIES IN RUSSIA ? CAUSES OF (NOT) SUCCESS

The article deals with some aspects of the activities of foreign companies in the modern market of insurance services of the Russian Federation. There are some important legal aspects of foreign investors' presence in Russia, the law established the "boundaries" of their functioning in the framework of the national economy. Also, there is an analysis of indicators of current activity of several of the most important foreign companies and considered analysis of the future activities of foreign insurers in the domestic insurance market prospects.
